Billing Procedures

Billing for tuition and fees occurs separately for each summer session. The remittance form attached to the invoice must be returned for each term indicating whether or not you will be attending that term. Use the remittance form to indicate how you will be paying for your courses — check, tuition reimbursement or tuition reduction related to a graduate assistantship, or any other form of tuition assistance or reduction.

The remittance form must be returned even if you will not be attending. If you do plan to attend and fail to return the remittance form for a term, you will be placed on no-show hold, your course registration will be dropped and you will need to pay a reinstatement fee at the point of re-registration.
