GUIDELINES TO CATERING SERVICE FOR UNIVERSITY EVENTS

The following guidelines are to help guide you in planning your special event.

  • Facilities are to be booked prior to planning a menu through Madonna Savage, Coordinator of Facilities Scheduling at 941-7952.

  • Event planning:

    • Contacting us at least 10 days in advance of your event will entitle you to 5% discount

    • Large, extensive events need to be booked at least two to three weeks in advance.

    • Guaranteed Final count need to be confirmed 3 business days prior to your event. This will be the minimum amount to be charged, in the event more people attend, you will be charged accordingly.

  • Within one business day, your event will be priced out and faxed to you. You will receive an event sheet with the pricing and it is be returned with the appropriate budget numbers and authorized signature three days before your event.

  • All events where alcohol will be served require an approved alcohol permission slip.

  • Work orders for your event need to be submitted to the Physical Plant (tables, chairs, etc.) If you require assistance with room configurations, please feel free to contact us.

  • Food may not be taken with you when the event is over.

  • When booking extensive menus or customized menus please call the Catering Department to schedule an appointment with one of our professional staff.

*ARAMARK has exclusive rights to all food service on campus including catering.
