Senior Week

May 23-May 27

 

Senior Week is a series of events designed by the USPB Senior Programmers to bring the class together one last time in the few days before graduation.  Senior Week begins on Sunday with registration and brunch.  We have a great week planned including the brunch, t-shirts, a party at the Hardware Bar, and a BBQ/Graffiti party.  All of these events are included in a flat rate of $40.

Brunch & Senior Week Registration

11:00am-3:00 pm in the DeNaples Ballroom

Included in Senior Week Fee

 

This is the only time and place to register for Senior Week events.  You will receive a wristband that must remain on for the week, two t-shirts, and a delicious brunch in the DeNaples Ballroom with your classmates.  You may also pick up your commencement placement cards at this time.

Come and join your classmates for one last class at the Madonna della Strada Chapel.

 

Hardware Bar Beach Party

7:00pm-10:00pm

Included in Senior Week Fee

 

At the Hardware Bar you will be able to enjoy a fun-filled evening with a beach theme, so get out your flip-flops and sunglasses!  Get ready for summer in all of your beachwear and enjoy some finger foods, two hours of open bar and one hour of cash bar.

Hershey Park Trip

Buses leave Linden Circle at 10:00am and will leave Hershey Park at 8:00pm.

$20.00/person (limited capacity)

 

Trip fee includes bus and entrance to Hershey Park.  Hershey Park is a theme park filled with exciting roller coasters, food, entertainment, and a Chocolate World!  Be sure to bring your sweet tooth!!

Senior BBQ/Graffiti Party

This event is a chance for you to spend some time outside enjoying a BBQ meal.  Get your sharpies ready to leave your mark on all of your friends! This is a chance to remember all the great times we have had with our fellow classmates.

Senior Formal at Split Rock Resort and Golf Club

Registration: 1:00-5:00pm

Formal: 7:00pm-11:00pm

$75 for a single ticket & $150 for couples

 

Come together with your classmates for a formal like no other!  There will be a cocktail hour, open and cash bar, and a plated dinner with a dessert buffet.  You will select your dinner entrée in advance, and the options include Roast Pork Loin with Apple Stuffing, Broiled Salmon in a Dill Cream Sauce, or Vegetarian Lasagna.  Stay overnight in a beautiful villa** or in the wonderful hotel** accommodations at the resort.  If you need transportation to formal, busses will be provided to and from the resort for the night of formal only!  If you come on the bus, you must take the bus back, or arrange for other transportation home the next day.

 

**Villas and hotel rooms will be available for an extra charge through Split Rock Resort and may be booked starting on Wednesday, April 21st at 8:30am.  Starting on April 21st, please book all accommodations through Split Rock Resort at 800-255-7625.
